In an effort to collectively define our mission and values, we used an approach suggested by author Jim Collins. The LOGOS team conducted a fun “Mission to Mars” exercise. We selected a team of LOGOS Earthlings who were to be observed by a team of Martian anthropologists. Without any ability to communicate verbally, the Martians were to seek to understand the heart and soul of the LOGOS Earthlings by observing the Earthlings actions. Through this process, we arrived at what is now known as "The LOGOS Way” documenting our company culture, skills, qualities and core values.
