Mike Henry has spent his career in the consumer marketing and merchandising arena. He currently leads Acxiom’s Retail & Consumer Markets division, helping clients use customer insight to drive superior growth and financial performance. With a background of more than 20 years in marketing, merchandising and customer relationship management, Mike applies his industry experience to help retailers and manufacturers: develop and implement growth strategies; improve return on equity; and optimize their return on equity by integrating data, technology, analytics and consulting.

Prior to joining Acxiom, Mike served as CEO and Founder of Equitec. Equitec was the first and largest retail optimization analytics firm in the US, which Acxiom acquired in 2007. Mike’s company worked with some of the best consumer supply chains in the retail, manufacturing and travel markets. Mike has held a variety of other leadership positions including CEO and Founder of Vistrio, a Sabre Holdings company. In addition, he served as Vice President of North American Marketing at ICI paints, where he worked with key retailers like Wal-Mart, The Home Depot and Lowe’s. Outside of work, Mike is a member of Leadership 100 charities and is active in boating, skiing and travel. He is a frequent guest professor of marketing and customer relationship management at the Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and also at Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Business in Cleveland. Mike was a founding member of the Council of Entrepreneurial Development at Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.

Mike holds a BA in Economics and BA in Communications from Wittenberg University.

As Cofounder & COO of Save’NDonate, Inc., Athena is responsible for the overall vision, sales strategy, and corporate growth for Save’NDonate. Athena is actively involved with the overall efforts to continue to establish Save’NDonate, Inc. as the market leader in the ePhilanthropy space. In addition to following her passion, she also is instrumentally involved in driving Regional Sales & Business Development in the Central Region of the United States, driving partnerships, direct and OEM relationships, as well as actively contributing to the bottom line growth of this fast growing organization.

Athena is a seasoned sales executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with particular focus in startup and early stage companies. Prior to joining Azaleos, Athena was Regional Director of Sales & Business Development at SourceLabs, a venture funded startup, as well as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Equitec LLC where she ran North America Sales & Business Development. She spent over four years at Plumtree Software, now part of BEA systems, where she was instrumental in early stage growth and sales in the Central US and helped the company grow revenue from $1.5 million to $100 million, and an IPO.

Athena holds a B.A. in Italian Language & Literature from The Ohio State University. She is actively involved in many philanthropic endeavors, mentoring of children, and thoroughly enjoys her life passion of ‘making a difference’.

Gerald A. Fallon was formerly Executive Vice President and Manager of Capital Markets for KeyBank, NA and Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets for McDonald Investments Inc. from 1994 — 2001. His responsibilities included managing the areas of Interest Rate Derivatives Sales and Trading; Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading; Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading; Asset Securitization; Emerging Asset Finance; Bond Options and Futures; Energy Trading and Derivatives; Taxable Fixed Income Sales and Trading; Tax–Exempt Sales and Trading; Public Finance; Low Income Housing Tax Credits; and, New Products.

Mr. Fallon joined KeyCorp in 1994 from Kemper Securities in Chicago where he was Executive Vice President. He began his investment banking career in 1973 with the US Trust Company of New York as a Portfolio Manager. In 1976, Mr. Fallon moved to Weeden & Co. where he was the National Manager and Vice President of Municipal Bond Underwriting. From 1979 to 1988, Mr. Fallon worked for E.F. Hutton, Inc. where he was Senior Vice President and National Manager of Municipal Short Term Sales, Trading and Underwriting and later named National Manager of New Product Development. From 1988 to 1989, Mr. Fallon worked at Lehman Brothers as a result of the E.F. Hutton merger.

Mr. Fallon is currently a director of the following companies: Digital Lightwave, Inc., PVF Capital Corporation (Park View Federal Savings Bank), LOGOS and Winfield Associates — Burning River Hedge Fund.

Mr. Fallon graduated from Georgetown University in 1971 with an A.B. in economics and received a M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University in 1973.
