I work for LOGOS because I believe that there is much more opportunity to grow as an individual than with any other potential employer. Being somewhat new to the field, I want the best training available so I can get up to speed and achieve my job requirements to not only fulfill personal goals, but also to achieve goals for LOGOS. LOGOS, a Cisco Silver Partner, has a surplus of the latest hardware, software, and training available in the market today. This fact reassures me that I am not only training with the latest technology, but I also know the solutions I implement for our clients are the best that the industry has to offer. |

What peaked my interest when considering working for LOGOS was when Katie sent me the document “The LOGOS Way”. After reading that, I have to say curiosity took over. Does LOGOS REALLY practice all that? Hmmm. Then there was the phone interview with Katie. More interesting questions and validations that, yes, LOGOS does operate copasetic with “The LOGOS Way”. After the in person interview and actually meeting the people, seeing the facilities and the technology, I was convinced that this could be a great place to work. Wow, I got hired!!!! |

Coming from a large public Corporation, the transition to a privately held company was refreshingly attractive. It was a life changing event. An environment where I could be professionally challenged and still have work, family, & life balance. Chris is a servant leader, collaborative, passionate about the company, the team, & the technology. His dynamic, humble, engaging style draws you in. You know that you have just discovered a different kind of company, led by a different kind of person. He makes you feel as if you can accomplish anything. The interview & recruitment process exposes you to the fact that there is talent throughout the company – in every role. Then you do your homework and talk to his customers, partners, and business acquaintances. When everyone uses the same phrases to describe him, you know you want to work for someone who is honest, so well respected in the industry, someone with integrity, and someone that others would like to work for. The final step in the decision making process was researching to make sure that there was a Starbucks on my way to work. |

Out of all of the qualities I look for in an employer, I believe that being able get along with coworkers is one of the most important. At LOGOS, this requirement is not only met, but exceeded by an extraordinary amount of people. All of my coworkers are kind, cooperative, and strive to exceed their job expectations. Knowing that I have the support of LOGOS employees which such qualities is a trait that I can recognize every day. |

LOGOS is a great place to work. I feel respected, valued and am always encouraged to broaden my skills. Monday Morning Meetings keep me informed as to what is going on in the company. Actually using the technology that LOGOS implements at customer sites is amazing to me. There is my SpongeBob army that makes me SMILE. The inspiring quotes that are around the office are from us, the employees. In all, my job at LOGOS has been and will be a great experience with much more to be learned and experienced. Yes, I am grateful I work here. |

The people here truly care about one another and we all work really hard as a team. I continue to work at LOGOS because I believe in the leadership, the direction of the company, the team and the services we provide to our clients. Not only do we provide top notch customer service but our team is like a family. We fight for what we believe in and sometimes that means there is friction between people just like any family. When all is said and done we are friends. We are loyal to each other and to the company because we know that LOGOS is pretty much the best place to work ever!! The only thing missing is hmmmm... perhaps a spa service! |

When I come to work every day, I feel as if my office is a room in Chris’ home. I appreciate Chris’ leadership style. His coaching and open communication has helped me to adapt to a new role. I like being exposed to many aspects of the business, being provided the opportunity to learn new things and take on new assignments. My input is requested and encouraged. I am energized by being part of the transition within the company – helping to define, create & execute the changes. I enjoy the intellectual & social interaction of the LOGOS Book Club. I am impressed by the talent & teamwork of the LOGOS team in all functional areas and the commitment that everyone has towards the client. I am equally impressed by the clients that I have had the pleasure to meet. They are at the top of our organizational chart. I am in awe of everything that we have for the size of our organization; a dynamic & impressive Advisory Board, Operational Best Practices, a kitchen for the employees, and a fitness center. We work hard and we have fun – boat outings, bowling outings, Holiday celebrations, Family picnics, movies and potluck lunches and more. I love that LOGOS is centrally located between 3 Starbucks and close to Crocker Park for shopping excursions. |

I enjoy working at LOGOS for several reasons. All of the people that make up the company are a lot of fun, yet professional and get work done. The work environment is laid back yet highly productive. The potential success of the company has a bright future and a great team that continuously strives to be the best. There is a lot to be learned from the more experienced engineers who are very knowledgeable and also obtain the people skills to be considered “mentors”. I enjoy the work atmosphere, the opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects including infrastructure, wireless, telephony, etc…. and not just being a “house cat” that only works on their environment. Working in all of the different vertical markets is really cool too, like manufacturing, hospitals, publication printing, etc. |
