  We have an immediate need for a strong CCIE with excellent Route/Switch and/or Security skills.  This position is responsible for the full client lifecycle beginning with pre-sales activities (scope definition, bill of material creation, request for proposal responses), quoting, implementation, and on-going environment support.  The position can be a full-time employee, part-time employee, or independent contractor status.

 - Serve as technical leaders on projects overseeing the implementation of designs, resolving complicated issues, and tackling challenging troubleshooting challenges.

- Perform all staging services (ie, benching the equipment, power-up and software updates, system configuration, preliminary staging testing, etc.)

- Perform custom configuration of network parameters and configuration validation. 

- Travel to customer locations to install and test the basic operation of all newly installed network components and verify system to functional product specifications.  

- Direct the technical activities of other team members within the scope of a project.

- Assist in the creation of sales documentation (BOMs, Statements of Work, design outlines, etc.)  

- CCIE certification is required (route/switch or security skills are preferred).  

- CCNP or CCSP certifications are a plus.

- 5+ years experience in the IT industry.

- 3 to 5 years experience in a hands-on technology environment to include Cisco hardware implementations. 

- Strong knowledge of voice systems, preferred.

- Minimal overnight travel (generally less than 5%).

- Valid driver’s license is required.
