- On a monthly basis, we recognize the Employee of the Month, after reading all of the nominations submitted by any employee

- Spinning from the “LOGOS Wheel of Fortune or Misfortune”
- You spin if you arrive late and pay a fee based on where your spin stops. Funds collected are donated to the Wellness Committee for contributing towards employee events.
- You spin if you have been recognized by a client or if you are chosen as the employee of the month, and earn a gift certificate to a local store.
- Playing motivational video clips
- Celebrating personal events (marriages, engagements, baby announcements)
- We are encouraged at all levels to make & contribute towards key decisions.
- We are all taught to read company financial statements so we grasp how our contributions are connected to the success of the organization.
- We work as a team focused on delivering results.
- We have “Jeans day” on Friday (unless we are dressing up for a visitor) We have work / family / life balance. This starts at the top with the owner.
- We have access to the latest technology tools to effectively perform our jobs. We are early adopters of technology.
